I'll start with the frustrating part: It took my husband and I about 2 hours working together to get this thing assembled. The instructions were easy to follow and clear,but there were just a lot of steps and pieces. Now for the good parts: The instructions are not confusing at all, the product is in excellent condition, and the end result is FABULOUS for the price! No gaps or spaces, no scratches or holes, no missing pieces, etc. It looks almost identical to a dresser that a friend of mine has in her nursery, except hers was $360! The sliding parts are plastic, but I like it because it makes opening and closing the drawers so quiet! It is sturdy ... South Shore Candy 4-Drawer
