We have had air filled beds before but most did not hold the air for more than a couple of days. Last week my 12 year old grandson used it when visiting. I did not deflate but just laid it on the bed in my spare room because we had more company come 3 days later. We put it on the floor for my 4 year old grand-daughter who thought it was a "boat". My favorite feature is that you can tuck in the sheets and blankets. With other beds, the kid and the blankets parted company early on. Both kids stayed covered up all night.
