I took a chance and ordered these rails because of the previous reviewer's comments. And boy am I glad I did because it was a perfect fit and color match! And it comes with everything you need...4 metal plates, all the screws and washers and 4 support slats. The honey color matches our honey Simplicity Ellis bed and I am so thrilled that it actually fit perfectly with NO modifications. I didn't have to drill new holes! Just take your time when screwing the metal plates in because that was a bit difficult to get in at first but just screw them in just enough to get them all in before you tighten them, otherwise ... It is easy to assemble to a full
