I LOVE this stroller. Personally, I don't know how a 9 month old could have a problem with this stroller as the other review stated. I have owned this stroller for a little over 3 years now and it looks like new. I started using it with my son as soon as he turned 3 months old I did not find him leaning over to be a problem. When he was little I reclined the seat fully, (pretty good recline) and extended the leg rest. It makes the seat just a few inches longer so the feet of a little baby aren't dangling.
