As another reviewer mentioned -- this chair is poorly designed. The snaps for the armchairs are cheaply made and came smashed in. I am not sure if they were damaged during shipping or manufacturing, but there is no way to work around it. The only option Amazon gave me was to disassemble and ship it back for a replacement chair. I would not recommend purchasing this chair.
