My mother bought this chair for my baby's room from target. Brought it home and put it together and while rocking in it discovered it made a thunking noise. My husband looked at it and said it was the right front pivot joint and to call and get a replacement part. So I called the Delta customer service number and a very rude man informed me that they did not have this part I had to take my chair back to target and get another one.
