I am so pleased with this carrier. I spent an hour in the sling store, going back and forth with my 5-month old baby between this and an Ergo carrier. In the end I went with the Pikkolo because it was more comfortable to me, you could wear baby front facing out (cannot do this in an Ergo), front facing in, hip and back. I also found the carrier body to be short on the Ergo and my baby's legs seemed to be sort of sticking straight out, rather than appearing seated as they do in the Pikkolo.
