The Omron HEM 711AC automatic blood pressure monitor is incredibly simple to use. Simply place the cuff around your upper arm, attach it to the monitor. Push on/off, wait a few seconds, and then push start. It inflates and deflates the cuff automatically, and then displays your systolic and diastolic BP and pulse rate. It will store multiple previous readings (up to 20 I believe) and runs on either AC (adaptor included) or AA batteries. It was also accurate within a couple of mm of Hg when compared to the sphygmomanometer in my doctor's office.
